Ms. Kuck joined the Ehlers team in 1994 bringing with her the experience of working with the underwriting department of Piper Jaffray Inc. She has experience working in Ehlers Bond Sale area and as the Company's Continuing Disclosure Coordinator and is currently a Senior Bond Sale Coordinator. In this capacity, Ms. Kuck is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the actual bond sale and closing including, responding to questions of underwriters concerning bond sale specifications, receiving the competitive bids on sale day, coordinating the closing with underwriters, completing documentation required for the closing, and arranging for transfer of proceeds at closing.
