Ms. Lockard has been actively involved in public finance with Ehlers since 1984. She is a Senior Coordinating Analyst in the Minnesota office and works with Minnesota School Districts, Cities, Townships and Counties. Ms. Lockard is responsible for the coordination of work processes in the MN Analyst Department. These duties include overseeing the preparation of official statements, bond issue summary books, sale resolutions, closing memorandums, debt service schedules, tax levy calculations, and the coordination of legal documentation.
