John has been an independent financial advisor since 1984, first with R.V. Norene & Associates, then with Crowe-Norene. He is now an independent financial advisor with Ehlers’ Illinois team. He has planned and executed bond sales for nearly all types of local government in Illinois, including municipalities, park districts, school districts, library districts, sanitary districts, and fire protection districts. John’s focus will be on helping local governments design and execute financing plans that are tailored to their needs and result in transparent and low cost bond transactions.
