Mindy Barrett returned to Ehlers & Associates in September of 2006 and currently is a Tax Increment Financing Coordinator in our Lisle office. She is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of tax increment finance eligibility studies and redevelopment plans.
Prior to joining Ehlers, she worked as a Program Manager for the South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association and most recently, she served as the Director of Finance for an environmental consulting firm.
Education
- Bachelors of Arts degree in Public Administration from the Governors State University and Masters of Science degree in Public Services Management from DePaul University in Chicago
