Ms. Baldwin has been with Ehlers since November of 2003. As a Bond Sale Coordinator, Ms. Baldwin is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the actual bond sale including, responding to questions of underwriters concerning bond sale specifications, receiving the competitive bids on sale day, coordinating the closing with underwriters, completing documentation required for the closing and arranging for transfer of proceeds at closing. Additional responsibilities are to maintain an historical database of bond sales in the Upper Midwest.
