Bruce joined the Ehlers Roseville office as a Senior Financial Advisor in 2008. Bruce assists city, county, development authority, and regional governmental clients with financial management and community development issues. Prior to joining Ehlers, he gained 12 years of economic development and public finance experience with the City of Saint Paul and a regional public sector advisory firm. One of Bruce’s greatest contributions to Ehlers and our clients is his ability to analyze, present and implement financing solutions for a wide variety of public infrastructure projects.
