Ms. Peterson joined Ehlers & Associates in December of 1985. As Senior Bond Sale Coordinator, Ms. Eller is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the actual bond sale including, responding to questions of underwriters concerning bond sale specifications, receiving the competitive bids on sale day, coordinating the closing with underwriters, completing documentation required for the closing and arranging for transfer of proceeds at closing. In addition, she also coordinates the completion and distribution of documents relating to early redemptions, defeasances and current and advance refundings.
