Todd has been a Municipal Advisor in the Ehlers’ Roseville office since 2001 assisting Minnesota cities, townships, counties, public utilities, and special districts design and implement financial solutions. Prior to joining Ehlers Todd had fifteen years of public finance experience at a Twin Cities bond attorney firm. One of Todd’s greatest contributions to Ehlers and our clients is his extensive legal background in public finance and ability to build relationships between residents, businesses, and intergovernmental organizations.
