Prior to joining Ehlers in 1995 as a Financial Analyst, Ms. Zywiec served over 10 years with major regional investment banking firms while utilizing her wide range of experience and playing a significant role in Public Finance. Her extensive background with various computer programs and spreadsheets allows her to develop tailored computer models to meet the specific financial needs of municipal clients. She has experience working with Cities, Villages, Counties, Towns, School Districts and universities. Her special expertise is in analyzing, structuring, documenting, and underwriting municipal securities, analyzing and structuring cash defeasances, advance refundings and multi-issue debt programs, and computer analysis utilizing Munex and Excel. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing 5 year Capital Financing Plans and presentations to the major rating agencies on behalf of the issuer.
