Todd has been a Financial Advisor at Ehlers since 2003 assisting Wisconsin cities, towns, counties, public utilities, and special districts in the design and implementation of financial solutions. Prior to joining Ehlers, he had 12 years of local government management experience, most recently as the Administrator of the Village of Bellevue. One of Todd’s greatest contributions to Ehlers is his ability to design practical financial solutions for his clients, and to clearly and effectively communicate those solutions to decision makers. In addition to his duties as a Financial Advisor, Todd is the Team Leader of Ehlers’ Wisconsin office.
