- Partners In response to client requests, Ehlers formed Bond Trust Services Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary) to provide high quality paying agent services to municipalities. We also partnered with Banker's Bank of Madison, Wisconsin to form BBE Community Investment Partners, which offers a wide array of investment management services and banking expertise.
