Ms. Czaplewski has been actively involved in public finance with Ehlers & Associates since 1995. She is the TIF & Disclosure Coordinator in the Wisconsin office and works with Wisconsin communities. She helps clients achieve their redevelopment and economic development goals through the use of tax increment financing by preparing all procedurally required legal and financial documents related to tax increment financing (TIF) districts, including incorporating legislative changes, drafting TIF plans, official notices and correspondence, resolutions, and timeline schedules. In addition she gathers the state required documents, including the parcel & mapping data necessary to complete the state forms, and reviews for statutory compliance in order to obtain state certification and ensure statutory deadlines are met. In the role of Disclosure Coordinator she maintains information on all Ehlers clients subject to annual full disclosure reporting, as well as gathers, analyzes and organizes the clients annual economic & financial data updates necessary to complete the continuing disclosure reports and meet statutory deadlines. In addition she is responsible for the hourly billings, and the initial drafting of contracts, engagement letters, and proposal responses for the Wisconsin office.
