Ms. Landrum is a Tax Increment Financing Coordinator and works with cities, counties, and villages in Minnesota and Wisconsin to achieve their redevelopment, housing, and economic development goals through the use of tax increment financing (TIF). Ms. Landrum prepares TIF documents, resolutions, and official notices to create and amend districts, and ensures clients meet statutory deadlines and procedural requirements.

Prior to joining Ehlers in 2000, Ms. Landrum worked at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED), assisting in the promotion of Minnesota as a viable business economy.

Education: Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of St. Catherine, St. Paul, Minnesota, double majoring in International Business/Economics and German
