On June 16, 2026, Ehlers’ Minnesota staff teamed up with Rebuilding Together Minnesota to help a New Hope family improve the safety and livability of their home. The crew spent an entire day removing flooring in the kitchen and dining areas, deep cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, painting interior walls, and sprucing up the yard. We were also able to purchase a new refrigerator for the family and stain the back deck.

We’re so grateful to be active participants in Rebuilding Together Minnesota’s mission of supporting safe and healthy housing for all in our great state.  These days of giving back to the communities we call home make a meaningful difference for the families we serve, and they never fail to remind us how much we can accomplish when we band together with purpose and compassion.  We can’t wait until next year!

Earlier this summer, Ehlers’ Wisconsin teammates spent a day with Revitalize Milwaukee to improve the lives of a family in need.  Always a powerful reminder of the difference volunteerism can make when people unite with purpose and heart, this enthusiastic crew cleaned gutters, cleaned and replanted the yard, built and stained a new picnic table, and made much needed repairs both inside and out to make the family’s home safer and more comfortable.  Revitalize Milwaukee reached out to our Wisconsin team with the following note:

“Thank you for your generous support in helping make a lasting difference for this family. Because of your commitment, critical repairs were completed that have improved the safety, comfort, and quality of life in their home.

They are absolutely over the moon with the critical repairs and have expressed her heartfelt gratitude for the kindness and care shown by everyone involved. Your support did far more than complete critical repairs, it brought peace of mind, renewed pride in homeownership, and the reassurance that their community cares.
