Scott Schulte currently serves as the Community Development Director for the City of Champlin (since 2019) and prior to that was the City Planner with Champlin.  In this role, he is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the department where he oversees planning, building inspections, code enforcement, and economic development.  In total, Scott has over 27 years of experience in local government.
