SUMMARY:2025 Wisconsin Public Finance Seminar

 tainable and equitable communities across Wisconsin. Yet fulfilling that m
 ission isn’t just about public finance solutions – these are only the 
 fundamentals of our work. It’s about people pulling together to create s
 mart plans\, build community consensus and share in the hard work that hel
 ps bring generational projects to life. That’s why we’re excited to in
 vite you to our annual Wisconsin Public Finance Seminar. Similar to last y
 ear\, we are offering three pre-conference workshops that cover the basics
  of debt issuance\, tax incremental financing\, and public funds investing
  – perfect for those new to municipal finance and anyone who’d like a 
 refresher course. For the full seminar\, we focused our curriculum on two 
 learning tracks – Development &amp\; Tax Incremental Financing and Munic
 ipal Finance – and placed a significant emphasis on real-life applicatio
 n of the principles. We also developed two joint sessions focusing on levy
  limit referendum case studies and affordable housing projects. And finall
 y\, Jerry Deschane and Toni Herkert from the League of Wisconsin Municipal
 ities will join us to offer insights on the State budget forecast and the 
 latest news from the Capitol. All sessions will leave ample time for open 
 question and answer periods. We hope you can join us!\n\nEhlers has establ
