 why we’re so happy to invite you to our annual Minnesota Public Finance 
 Seminar. This year\, we are again offering two-track optional workshops co
 vering the foundations of both public financing and municipal finance. Thi
 s programming is ideal for new staff members or a refresher for all. Begin
 ning Thursday afternoon\, two learning tracks will bring public finance\, 
 TIF and development concepts to life with actual stories and case studies 
 from communities across Minnesota. Plus\, we're excited to host a general 
 forum panel exploring the art of negotiations across all facets of public 
 finance! And finally\, members from the League of Minnesota Cities' Interg
 overnmental Relations team will join us to share the latest news from the
