SUMMARY:2026 Wisconsin Public Finance Seminar
DESCRIPTION:We are so proud to share in your mission to build vibrant\, sus
 tainable and equitable communities across Wisconsin. Yet fulfilling that m
 ission isn’t just about public finance solutions – these are only the 
 fundamentals of our work. It’s about people pulling together to create s
 mart plans\, build community consensus and share in the hard work that hel
 ps bring generational projects to life. That’s why we’re honored to in
 vite you to our annual Wisconsin Public Finance Seminar. Similar to last y
 ear\, we are offering three pre-conference workshops that cover the basics
  of debt issuance\, tax incremental financing\, and municipal budgeting 
 – perfect for those new to municipal finance and anyone who’d like a r
 efresher course. For the full seminar\, we focused our curriculum on two l
 earning tracks – Economic Development and Municipal Finance – and plac
 ed a significant emphasis on practical application of the principles. We a
 lso developed two joint sessions covering economic development case studie
 s and the state of housing in Wisconsin.  We'll wrap up our time together
  with a full session that will offer strategies for economic development\,
  staff recruitment\, and municipal communications.  We hope you can join
