From Wordle group chats to Ehlers’ Book Club and Friday Vibes, to Health and Wellness and international travel tips, we strive to provide an environment where everyone feels like they belong.
Corporate Volunteerism & Giving
From our annual Community volunteer days supporting Revitalize Milwaukee and Rebuilding Together Minnesota, to food shelf drives, monetary donations, and holiday giving projects, we treasure every opportunity to contribute to communities we serve and create meaningful change for those in need.
Events & Recognition
At Ehlers, we love to celebrate! Whether it’s our annual Holiday Party or All-Company Meeting, regular in-office lunches and happy hours, quarterly GEM awards and annual performance awards, or even the coveted Team Building Titans trophy (aka “The Cup”), we are deeply committed to cultivating long-lasting employee relationships.
Learning & Development
Ehlers’ team members are always curious, and our learning and development team is committed to keeping that curiosity well fed! We host regular sessions on wide ranging professional topics such as ESOP education, writing skills, PowerPoint training, and a “day in the life” of our interdepartmental colleagues.
