Joe began his career as a Municipal Advisor in 2007 and currently serves Wisconsin municipalities as a Senior Municipal Advisor with our Wisconsin Team. Prior to becoming an Advisor, he spent nearly 20 years working directly in local government for municipalities in Wisconsin, Michigan, Missouri, Kansas and Virginia. He served nine years as Village Manager for the Village of Greendale, Wisconsin. Joe’s first-hand experience in local government gives him valuable insight into the challenges our clients encounter every day. He combines that historical knowledge with exceptional listening skills and advisory expertise to create innovative and pragmatic financial solutions that help his clients complete projects and drive their community initiatives forward.
Joe and his wife Laurie live in Waukesha, where – when he’s not working – Joe takes full advantage of the area’s many community festivals, museums, cultural opportunities, scenic bike trails and amazing golf courses. He and Laurie have eight grandchildren.
