Joel Sutter, CIPMA

Joel is a Senior Municipal Advisor on Ehlers’ Education Finance Team serving school districts in Minnesota, Colorado, Illinois and Wisconsin. Prior to joining Ehlers more than 20 years ago, he was the Business Manager for Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan School District for nine years, as well as a research analyst for the Minnesota Department of Education and Minnesota Senate. Joel’s clients rely on his expertise in structuring large and more complex education financing plans.

In his spare time, Joel enjoys reading, hiking, biking and spending time with his family, including two young grandsons.
