Maureen Holsen, CIPMA
Uniting local officials, community leaders and residents is key to bringing municipal projects to fruition. I'm always happy to fulfill that role and help everyone understand the intricacies of public finance on their most practical terms.

Municipal Advisor
Maureen Holsen, CIPMA

Maureen has been with Ehlers since 2012, serving as a Municipal Advisor to Wisconsin cities, villages and towns. Prior to joining the firm, Maureen worked in the investment industry and draws on over 12 years of financial planning experience when guiding clients through debt issuance, tax increment district implementation and long range planning. Maureen’s greatest contribution to Ehlers has been her ability to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of her clients. Her ease in presenting them in practical terms provides elected officials a critical resource in gaining consensus and making decisions that will impact the future of their communities.

Maureen lives in Brookfield with her husband and young children. When she’s not working and keeping up with her kids, she tries to stay active in the Waukesha County area running, biking, cooking, reading and spending time with friends and family.
