Paula is a Senior Public Finance Analyst on our Wisconsin team and has been an active Ehlers’ employee for more than 30 years. She helps WI clients achieve their economic development and redevelopment goals through the use of tax increment financing (TIF). She drafts comprehensive TIF plans and prepares all the required legal and financial documents related to TIF districts.

Paula lives in Wisconsin with her husband. They have two grown children who also live in Wisconsin. When not working, Paula enjoys boating, ATVing, walking, vacationing and spending time with friends & family.
