Stacie Kvilvang
Senior Municipal Advisor
Stacie is a Senior Municipal Advisor with our Minnesota City team and has a little over three decades of municipal development and finance experience. She has analyzed and negotiated everything from simple straight forward development projects to some of the most complicated redevelopment projects in MN, navigating complex financial issues and creating new, innovative community solutions. She has an innate ability to communicate well with everyone from policy makers to developers to residents on a level where they can understand the issues at hand to make informed decisions. Stacie has deep expertise on debt structuring and issuance, long-range financial planning and legislative and policy development. She is passionate about everything local government and thrives on being a part of her client’s team to assist them in meeting their goals.
Stacie lives in Maple Grove with her husband Steve, daughter Ava, son Logan, their 2 cats Gracie and Quincy, and chocolate lab, Norman. When she’s not working, she loves to garden and re-purpose old furniture.
