Holly Hansen is the Community Development Director for the City of Cloquet. The Community Development Department works with residents, businesses, developers, and other private and public entities to promote a safe, desirable, and economically viable environment for the citizens and businesses of Cloquet. The core functions of the Community Development Department are to provide building inspections and housing code compliance, planning, zoning, and subdivision of land services, and economic development services. Holly specializes in economic development and takes an active role in attracting new business to the community, retaining existing businesses, assisting businesses with expansion, and enabling rehabilitation and/or redevelopment within the community
