Select you parcel from the results screen and under the Additional Information section, select “Assessment Information.” Agree to the disclaimer (may need to allow pop ups to see this screen) and use the value listed as the “Total Value” near the top right in the calculator below.
NOTE: Agricultural property will pay taxes for the proposed referendum based only on the value of the house, garage and one acre. Seasonal recreational residential property (i.e., cabins) will pay no taxes for the proposed referendum.
