Thomas Cummins is the Managing Director of the Research and Insights survey team at Gallagher, a prominent compensation and benefits surveying practice. With his expertise in research, design, data modeling, and survey techniques, he contributes to the creation of numerous national, regional, and local reports. Thomas has transformed the survey operations from conducting only two local healthcare surveys to producing hundreds of surveys across the globe.  Notably, he played a pivotal role in developing the some of the largest privately produced employee compensation and benefits survey in the country.
