Will O’Keefe guides overall project direction and coordination for all new developments from project sourcing through lease up. Prior to working for Bader, Will worked at the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Preservation Alliance of Minnesota (now Rethos). In those roles, Will saw how impactful real estate development can be in transforming and revitalizing neighborhoods and communities. To date, Will has been a part of more than $600M in new developments completed or currently under construction with Bader, including affordable housing, historic tax credit, mixed-use and market rate projects. He works closely with a variety of partners, both internally and externally, and excels at funneling various opinions and ideas into creating exceptional multifamily communities.
