We are so proud to share in your mission to build vibrant, sustainable and equitable communities across Wisconsin. Yet fulfilling that mission isn’t just about public finance solutions – these are only the fundamentals of our work. It’s about people pulling together to create smart plans, build community consensus and share in the hard work that helps bring generational projects to life. This year, we’ve added two pre-conference workshops covering the basics of debt issuance and tax incremental financing – perfect for those new to municipal finance and anyone who’d like a refresher course. For the full seminar, we focused our curriculum on two learning tracks – Development & Tax Incremental Financing and Municipal Finance – and placed a significant emphasis on real-life application of the principles. And finally, we’re excited to have Jerry Deschane and Toni Herkert from the League of Wisconsin Municipalities back with us to share the latest on legislative activity from Madison. All sessions will leave ample time for open question and answer periods.
