As we bring 2025 and Ehlers’ 70th anniversary year to a close, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for your continued confidence and partnership. The work we do together to support and strengthen our communities remains deeply meaningful to us. It is truly a privilege to serve you, and we are grateful for the trust you place in our team to provide thoughtful guidance, dependable service, and enduring value throughout the year.

The holiday season offers a welcome invitation to slow down and appreciate the good around us. We hope you’re able to find moments of rest and joy, like gathering with loved ones, stepping away from your daily routine for some well-earned downtime, or simply enjoying the quiet traditions that make this time of year special.

2025 brought some notable transitions within Ehlers as we celebrated the retirements of two wonderful colleagues. In August, we bid farewell to Dave Ferris, who concluded seven years with Ehlers and left a legacy of steady leadership, deep expertise, and true collaboration. And in October, we honored Kathy Meyers, who retired after an exceptional 26-year career with Ehlers and served as a stabilizing, influential force for our Wisconsin team and clients. We thank both Dave and Kathy for their dedication and wish them the very best in their next chapters.

As we head into the new year, we remain committed to supporting your goals and advancing the mission we share: building strong and vibrant communities. That purpose has guided Ehlers for seven decades and continues to inspire our work every day.
