Star Tribune names Ehlers a 2021 Top 175 Workplace

Roseville, MN, June 21, 2021—Ehlers has been named one of the Top 175 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune. A complete list of those selected is available here.

Produced by the same team that compiles the 30-year-old Star Tribune 100 report of the best-performing public companies in Minnesota, Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from over 76,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.

The rankings are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.

“We are so delighted to be named to the list of top workplaces for a second consecutive year,” said Ehlers Companies President Jeff Eaton. “As a service business whose people are its most important asset, it’s so important for us to create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.  This year’s survey results and the year-over-year improvement in our engagement scores tell me we’re making great progress.”

Star Tribune Publisher Michael J. Klingensmith added, “The companies in the  Star Tribune Top 175 Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies.”

2021 marks the second year Ehlers has participated in the Energage survey, as well as the second year it has been named to the list of top workplaces.  Ehlers’ leadership team plans to host a company-wide event in the coming weeks to mark the recognition and celebrate employees.
