Joy brings more than 25 years’ human resources experience to her role as Ehlers’ Director of Human Resources A valued member of our Leadership Team, Joy oversees all areas of human capital management including recruiting and selection, employee relations and benefits administration.
A native of Green Bay, Joy moved to Minnesota after college and currently lives in Vadnais Heights with her husband and two children. When she’s not busy with work and family, she enjoys travel, golf, yoga and reading.
