Joy brings more than 25 years’ human resources experience to her role as Ehlers’ Director of Human Resources  A valued member of our Leadership Team, Joy oversees all areas of human capital management including recruiting and selection, employee relations and benefits administration.

A native of Green Bay, Joy moved to Minnesota after college and currently lives in Vadnais Heights with her husband, where together they have two grown children and a West Highland Terrier. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, travel, and reading.
