Kelly is a Senior Fiscal Consultant supporting our Municipal Advisors across all markets with project management and analysis for municipal debt transactions, economic development and redevelopment initiatives, long-term financial planning and fiscal and utility rate studies. She most recently served as the Finance Director for the City of Buffalo, where she gained extensive leadership and financial expertise. Prior to that, Kelly was the Assistant Finance Director for the City of Prior Lake after serving in the position of Finance Director for the City of Excelsior. Her career also includes valuable experience as a Senior Governmental Associate at MMKR & Co. P.A., where she worked on audits for cities, school districts, and other governmental entities, serving from 2015-2018.

Outside of her professional life, Kelly resides in Delano, MN, with her husband, their two children (a 10-year-old son and an 11-year-old daughter), and their golden retriever, Hazel. Kelly’s interests are centered around her children’s activities and sports. She enjoys spending her summers at family cabins “Up North” and spending her winters escaping the Minnesota cold on out-of-state family visits.
