Tess is a Public Finance Analyst on our Documents Team, where she regularly assists clients by preparing offering documents, completing pre- and post-sale reporting, and coordinating closings. Prior to joining Ehlers in 2023, she amassed more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry where she focused primarily on retail and commercial banking credit analysis and underwriting.

Tess grew up in a northwest suburb of Chicago and found her way to Minnesota via college at the University of St. Thomas. She currently lives in Coon Rapids with her two sons and two dogs. In her free time, Tess enjoys gardening, baking, reading and most of all, spending time with her kids.
