In 2015 the City of Cedarburg desired a high-quality solution to redevelopment of a prominent downtown location after the closure of St. Borgia Catholic school. In order to secure financing and keep within architectural requirements, tax incremental financing was needed.

Piccadilly Square: Affordable Senior Housing

Washington County CDA established a goal to redevelop a parcel of land in Mahtomedi, Minnesota to provide affordable housing to seniors whose income range between 50% and 60% of the area’s median level.
