Frank is an Economic Development Consultant with Ehlers’ Wisconsin Municipal team. He brings over 30 years of experience in banking and commercial real estate, creating new growth initiatives via transformative real estate developments. Frank’s extensive experience gives him unique insights into the debt, equity, accounting, development and risk management considerations involved in economic development and redevelopment. His clients rely on him to ‘demystify’ the development process, unite constituents and bring community projects to life.
Frank lives with his wife in Lake Geneva, and has enjoyed seeing both his adult daughters grow in their professional and personal lives. After years of playing goalie in various hockey leagues, he is now attempting to regain his golf game, among other activities.
