Ryan joined Ehlers in 2018 as a Senior Investment Advisor and was promoted to Managing Director in 2021 after helping lead the growth and expansion of the firm’s investment services platform. He advises public-sector clients on investment strategy, cash management, and fixed income solutions, and plays a key role in advancing the firm’s investment capabilities, client service model, and strategic growth initiatives. Ryan has been instrumental in strengthening Ehlers’ investment business and positioning it to meet the increasingly complex needs of municipal and public-sector investors.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys mountain biking, running, and water sports. He is an adoptive dad of five children, is actively pursuing a goal of running a half marathon in all 50 states and is a passionate advocate for adoptive and foster children.
