Nick is a Senior Municipal Advisor with our Minnesota Municipal Finance team where he works to design, negotiate and communicate innovative solutions to meet his clients’ capital and development financing needs. A member of the Ehlers team since 2012, Nick brings almost two decades of professional experience working in local government, municipal finance, and as a former active duty U.S. Army Officer. He has amassed strong market knowledge and public finance experience, which he uses to help guide and inform elected officials, staff, and community stakeholders’ critical decisions in the areas of capital, fiscal and development finance. Nick has also developed a thorough understanding of rating agencies’ credit analysis methodologies, helping clients identify future fiscal risks and guide them through the rating process.
Nick is a Minneapolis resident with a family of four. He enjoys spending free time traveling with family, mountaineering and catching just about any sporting event in town.
