Harry is an Associate Municipal Advisor on our Wisconsin Team, helping clients with debt issuance and management, economic development and redevelopment, and financial management and planning. Prior to joining Ehlers, Harry worked for Baker Tilly, assisting counties and municipalities with tax increment creation/amendment, reporting and projections, incentive structuring and reporting as well as bond issuance. Before that, he was Director of Research for the Council of Development Finance Agencies, where he ran technical assistance programs for federal, state and local economic development finance programs.
Harry lives in downtown Milwaukee with his border collie, Einstein. Having grown up in Madison before living in Columbus and Indianapolis, Harry is very excited to be back in his home state. He is an avid backpacker/camper and also enjoys cycling and playing hockey.
