Josh is a municipal advisor who assists western Wisconsin municipalities with project financing, budget analysis, and economic development services. Prior to joining Ehlers in 2019, Josh worked for the City of San Francisco where he specialized in capital improvement planning, implementation of special tax districts, and legislative and policy analysis. His breadth of experience allows him to break down complicated topics and provide clients with unique insights needed to make decisions for their communities.
Josh lives in St. Paul with his wife, two daughters and dog. His favorite hobbies include collecting vinyl records, cooking and exploring all the unique neighborhoods and amenities the Twin Cities have to offer.
