Todd’s expertise goes far beyond debt issuance. It extends to wide range of finance needs such as measuring the tax impact of projects; completing utility rate studies, financial management plans and capital improvement plans; and analyzing the feasibility of projects.  Todd has been with Ehlers for nearly 16 years.

Todd lives in North Oaks with his wife Gail, sons Sam and Joe, and daughter Sally.
